RCI 'Recommend a Friend Offer' Terms & Conditions

Referring Members: To be eligible to receive either a £50 Marks and Spencer voucher or £75 off an exchange fee, the referring member must recommend a friend to RCI by 31st May 2012. Their friend must submit correctly completed enrolment documents to RCI by 30th June 2012. There is no limit to the number of friends you can recommend. Marks and Spencer vouchers are subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be printed on the voucher. By providing your friend's details you confirm that you are happy for us to contact your friend and invite them to consider our products and services. You are also confirming that you believe your friend will be happy for us to contact them. The referring member must remain a member to receive their ‘Recommend a Friend’ reward. The referring member's Marks and Spencer vouchers or free exchange will be awarded after their friend pays their new member enrolment fee and any relevant ‘cooling off’ period has elapsed. The offer will be invalidated if the new member cancels their RCI membership within any relevant cooling-off period. The referring member must book their exchange by 30th September 2012 to qualify for the £75 discount.
New Members: The enrolment fee will be applied at time of joining and the new member free exchange must be booked within 12 months of joining RCI. Applicants must complete and return the joining documents by 30th June 2012 to qualify for this offer. The new member application process typically takes between 6-8 weeks from receipt of completed joining documents to confirmation of membership. Only one new member per household will be eligible for the new member offer and the new member cannot reside in same household as a referring member. New members must own a timeshare week(s) at an RCI affiliated resort. New member must not have been an RCI member in the last 6 months. The offer will be invalidated if the new member cancels their RCI Membership within any relevant 'cooling off' period.
