Rules applicable to RCI’s Prize Draw Promotion:
This Prize Promotion is subject to these rules of entry and more specific rules as specified separately. The information contained on livesharetravel.com/29707/win-greek-island-holiday-plus-spending-money/ also forms part of the entry rules. Employees of LiveShareTravel.com, and of Wyndham Worldwide and its group of companies (including RCI Europe), their agents, partners and families are not permitted to enter.
The Prize Draw ‘Win a Week on Paros Island’ is open to RCI and non-RCI members. Entrants must be aged 18 years old, or over.
The Prize consists of: One (1) week’s accommodation at the Anezina Village Resort (4806), Paros Cyclades, Paros Island, Greece. This prize is supplied by Anezina Village resort. It is valid for a one-week (7-night) stay in a one-bedroom apartment, for up to FOUR persons (accommodation only), subject to availability, during the months of April, May, June, September, October and November 2017.
Plus, £1,000 spending money for the Winner to use as they choose.
Reservations must be made before 30 April 2017. Cash payment for unit upgrades and/or changes of resort, period of stay or accommodation type is not possible. The Prize is accommodation only and does not include any travel or travel insurance or any other costs or charges incurred by the Winner, or their travelling party, before, during or after the stay.
The Winner will be contacted by the RCI Publications team with directions on how to redeem the Prize accommodation and cash prize.
The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available. The Promoter (RCI Europe) reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value, if it so wishes, should the Prize become unavailable for any reason.
The Prize promotion is open from 9am on the 3 January 2017, and will close on 1 February 2017 at 11.59pm GMT. Any entries received after the time and date given for the close of the Prize Draw Promotion will not be accepted.
Winners of the ‘Win a Week on Paros Island’ Prize Draw competition will be selected on 13 February 2017 from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
To enter the ‘Win a Week on Paros Island’ Prize Draw competition, you must select the right answer in a multiple choice question on livesharetravel.com/29707/win-greek-island-holiday-plus-spending-money/ The correct answer can be found within the editorial on the same page with the competition multiple choice Q&A. Submit your answer with your name and contact details (phone number and email address) by 5 February 2017 11:59 GMT. The winning entry will be selected at random from all correct entries. Any incomplete or illegible entries will be considered void and not counted. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete and/or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the Prize Draw at any time without notice.
Winner’s name and country addresses will be available from the Promoter’s address (below) between 13 and 20 February 2017 for the ‘Win a Week on Paros Island’ Prize Draw, upon request and provided an SAE is enclosed.
By entering the Prize Draw featured, the Prize Winner grants the Promoter permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation.
These conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by English Law. You agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises between us out of, or in connection with, your contract or booking will be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales only. The Promoter’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into. Entry into the Prize Draw confirms that participants have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Winners are responsible for making sure that they and all members of their party have all the travel and health documents required before departure. Winners are responsible for paying all costs in getting these documents. RCI or any service provider connected with a travel prize will not accept any legal responsibility if entry onto any transport or into any country due to not having the correct documents is refused. Additionally, the winner can check information on the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) at www.ehic.org.uk Other sources of useful travel information are www.abta.com and www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice Special conditions apply for travel to the USA, Canada and some other countries, where all passengers must have individual machine readable passports. Please check.
We ask that the Winner and members of their travelling party do not travel without adequate personal travel insurance for their own protection and peace of mind. Some airlines may not allow travel without insurance. Winners are responsible for making sure that they purchase adequate travel insurance for their needs and RCI will not accept any responsibility if they fail to do so.
Special Requests & Disabilities
Winners must advise us (of any special requests and we (and/or they) will pass these on to the relevant supplier. However, we cannot guarantee special requests as we do not have any direct control over the manner in which the services are provided. If Winners or any member of the party has any medical problem or disability which may affect their stay or travel arrangements, we must be provided with full details before a booking is confirmed. A doctor’s certificate certifying that fitness to travel may be required. There is no cash alternative to any prizes.
Changes by you
Winners must advise us as soon as possible if changed circumstances mean that they are unable to proceed with their prize booking. Any phone call must be followed up in writing by the Prize Winner. There is no guarantee that changes can be accommodated by the suppliers of the accommodation prize and any changes will be subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions. Suppliers may charge any amendment charges shown in their booking conditions (which may be as much as 100% of the cost of the arrangements, had they been charged for). Such charges normally increase closer to the date of departure.
